Accurate clutch calibration is very important to belt life. Extensive testing of this vehicle has resulted in improved belt grip, performance, and backshifting under loads.

One clutch kit that can be set up for different terrain, tire sizes and conditions means accurate clutch tuning for your situation. It also means you don’t have to wonder if you bought the “correct version” of a kit. This kit is very flexible and has a complete “set up guide” to show you how to set it up for most tires and conditions.

Includes Dalton’s patented “Quick Adjust” flyweight system that allows you to add or subtract weight from the flyweights without even removing the flyweights from the drive clutch. The new “Quick Adjust” flyweight set in this kit was designed specifically for the RZR 1000 xp.

This kit also includes a new machined billet helix that is actually two helixes in one. The helix has two different sets of custom ramp curve profiles, making the kit extremely flexible for different tires, terrain, and conditions. This feature means that you will not have to buy another kit or extra parts to be tuned correctly if you make a special trip or use different tire sizes seasonally, etc.
